Licensed Insurance Agent

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Licensed Insurance Agent will provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels while processing new customer enrollments, claims, and fulfillment tasks during the evening shift from 12:00-8:30pm EST. Key responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer care through phone, email, text, chat, and social media in a timely manner Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues and maintain positive relationships Process new customer enrollments, claims, and fulfillment tasks in compliance with company policies Required qualifications Existing Property & Casualty Insurance License Prior experience in a customer service role with significant customer interaction Familiarity with ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly) Strong administrative and computer skills Entrepreneurial interest and a passion for pets
