QA Automation Manager

Working remotely, the full-time salaried QA Automation and Call Quality Delivery Manager will build and manage QA call review processes, incorporate AI-assisted scoring, and analyze call data to enhance quality assurance efficiency and coaching outcomes. Key responsibilities Build, manage, and maintain QA call review processes, scorecards, and reporting workflows Review and score calls using established QA standards and performance expectations Collect, analyze, and interpret call data to provide actionable feedback and identify trends Required qualifications Experience in quality assurance, call monitoring, training, coaching, or process improvement Strong ability to evaluate calls against defined standards and provide objective feedback Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance trends Experience with AI tools, automation, or QA platforms preferred Ability to balance technology-driven scoring with human judgment and validation
