Strategic Renewal & Upsell Specialist

Thomson Reuters in the United States is seeking an Account Specialist to lead renewals for a portfolio of customers. You will own end-to-end renewal processes, coordinate with Customer Success and Sales, and drive accurate forecasts while mitigating risk. You will identify small upsell opportunities, respond to inbound inquiries, partner with Finance and Legal on contracts, and maintain renewal data in the CRM.
