ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Prior to entering the insurance industry, I worked in car sales and finance, where I developed a strong background in sales, customer relationships, and helping people navigate important financial decisions. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father, a big sports fan, and enjoy golfing and traveling.

Being involved in our community is important to us. Our agency proudly supports St. Michael’s Catholic School through local events, sponsorships, and fundraisers, and we enjoy finding opportunities to stay connected to the families and organizations around us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Tom Jennings - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
