You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Commercial Relationship Manager IV focuses on the delivery of tailored client solutions across a broad range of products and services within a dedicated geographic area and primarily targets clients generally with revenues between $20MM - $100MM.Primary ResponsibilitiesIdentifies, prioritizes and develops relationship strategy for high-value retention / expansion clients and acquisition targetsDelivers knowledgeable advice and solutions, institutionalizes client relationships, and optimizes revenue opportunities to the Commercial BankIsolates current and emerging client needs and proactively introduces solutionsIdentifies and works with relevant business partners in a team-based delivery modelPlans and executes quality client/prospect calls, centered around advice-driven deliveryManages transaction processes from initial engagement through final close, including structure, pricing, internal approval / compliance processes and documentationExercises credit acumen and pricing disciplineDevelops consistent practices learned through the Relationship Management Process and relevant credit training, creating new client value and functioning as a strategic partnerThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor's DegreeSix (6) years experience in Commercial Banking or sales with at least two (2) years Relationship Management experiencePreferencesRelevant graduate degreeCredit/Analyst experienceSkills and CompetenciesStrong negotiation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsPositive reputation and network of industry contactsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong business acumenStrong credit acumen**This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience**Position TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum:$131,240.34 USDMedian:$172,137.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan.
