Recruitment Consultant - New York City - Onsite
Stott and May is a specialist recruitment partner to some of the most exciting early-stage and high-growth startups across North America. From stealth-mode founders to Series C high-growth companies, we work with the most exciting startups and VC's in New York and San Francisco. We are the go-to startup recruiters helping scale exceptional teams across Software Engineering, AI, Product, Design, and GTM.

What is the job?
- Own candidate sourcing, outreach, qualification, and closing
- Customer-obsessed mindset when it comes to business development and fostering relationships with existing and future founders, hiring managers, and candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple startup clients
- Own and take accountability for building a 360-recruitment desk
