What You Will Do:

• Review design for new projects and facility upgrades to ensure adherence to safety and industry standards.
• Evaluate discipline engineering work-both internal and contractor-provided-to confirm compliance with project specifications, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines aligned with project goals.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with the project team and other stakeholders regarding engineering activities, progress, and issues.
• Demonstrate a strong safety and risk mitigation mindset in all aspects of work, including environmental and health considerations.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices.
• Strong background in Loss Prevention.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering within your discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills-read, write, and speak fluently in English, especially for technical and business contexts.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage heavy workloads, and adapt to shifting priorities.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience reviewing designs for industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory agencies.
• Certification in safety or risk management (e.g., CSP, PE, or other relevant credentials).

• Several years of direct experience in engineering safety, risk management, or loss prevention within industrial environments.
