Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Forklift certification preferred; valid driver's license required. Basic computer skills required, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory management systems. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a professional business environment.

Experience Requirements

1-3 years of experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or materials management preferred. Experience processing domestic and international shipments, including shipping documentation and customs paperwork. Familiarity with inventory management, order fulfillment, barcode labeling systems, and ERP software. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the workday. Ability to safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other warehouse equipment. Ability to handle shipping materials, packaging supplies, and finished products. Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Job Duties

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and purchase orders while maintaining accurate inventory records. Pick, stage, package, label, and ship products according to customer specifications and production schedules. Process domestic and international shipping documentation, including carrier paperwork and customs forms. Operate ERP systems to manage order fulfillment, inventory transactions, and shipping activities. Assist with purchasing activities, purchase order tracking, inventory control, and material replenishment. Monitor packaging supply inventory and maintain stockroom accuracy. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport materials safely. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and resolve discrepancies with internal teams. Maintain clean, organized shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas while following all safety procedures.
