Server/Waiter

As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

*Duties*

* Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
* Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
* Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience.
* Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining presentation standards.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
* Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
* Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

*Skills*

* Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
* Experience with cash registers; familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus.
* Excellent guest relations skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
* Ability to upsell menu items effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
* Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred but not required.
* Culinary knowledge is beneficial for providing informed recommendations to guests.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
* Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
