Be the face of an exceptional client experience.
As the first point of contact, our Receptionist sets the tone by managing a high volume of calls, warmly welcoming clients, supporting order entry, handling receipts, coordinating follow-ups, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pmTerm: 6 month temporary role
Location: Boerne, TX 78006
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls
• Greeting and assisting customers
• Assisting staff with order entry, receipting of contracts and client follow up
• Handle mail distribution
• All other duties as assigned (note: essential functions and responsibilities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice)
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous job-related work experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, by phone and email
• Self-motivated with strong organization skills
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
