At Petbar McKinney, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional pet care and excellent service to their owners. We’re looking for a friendly and dynamic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a Full-time associate. If you’re a dog lover who thrives in a lively environment and is passionate about making every pet feel welcome, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their furry friends with a warm smile and positive attitude.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk efficiently.
• Handle all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats with care and compassion.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with checking in and out, processing payments, and managing client records.
• Multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively without supervision.
• Work in a loud environment and manage noise levels with composure.
• Be flexible to work weekends this is a must and adapt to shifts as needed.
• 2 spots available 1 full-time & 1 part-time.

Qualifications:

• A genuine love for dogs and like cats is a must.
• Ability to handle animals of all sizes and breeds confidently.
• Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and a cheerful demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to clean.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
• Store hours are M-F 9-6, Sat 10-6, Sun 10-3
• Must be comfortable using and learning computer software.
