Automotive Estimator

Kunes Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Estimator to join our growing dealership team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and skilled at guiding customers through the repair process from start to finish.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 based on experience

What You'll Do:

• Guide customers through the vehicle repair process, ensuring clear communication and excellent service at every step
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and insurance partners to facilitate a smooth, stress-free repair experience
• Inspect and evaluate damaged vehicles, preparing accurate and comprehensive damage estimates using CCC One
• Manage multiple tasks, including estimates, vehicle arrivals, and deliveries, to ensure efficient workflow
• Deliver outstanding customer service, building trust and long-term relationships

Requirements:

Required:

• 3-5+ years of automotive estimating experience
• Proficiency with CCC One and Mitchell estimating software
• Familiarity with insurance direct repair program (DRP) guidelines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• I-CAR Certification
