Service Car RunnerDue to an increase in business we are looking to add Full Time and Part Time Service Car Runners to our Service Department at New Brighton Ford. No experience is necessary. We will train the right candidate. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have good Customer Service skills, a clean driving record and like to be around all types of vehicles, this job is for you! We have flexible schedules available.$15.00 - $19.00 per hourWhat We OfferMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401K PlanPaid time off and vacationGrowth opportunitiesPaid TrainingPotential Employee vehicle purchase plansHealth and wellnessDiscounts on products and servicesResponsibilitiesTransport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner.Assist passengers in and out of shuttle while keeping a timely shuttle route without delays.Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel.Run errands for the dealership as directed.Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations.Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service according to traffic regulations.Maintain a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point.Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.QualificationsHigh School graduate or equivalentValid driver's licenseExcellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle RecordGood interpersonal skillsConsistent record of achieving or over-achieving goalsExtraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skillsProfessional appearance and work ethicPositive outlook with a high-energy personalityMonday-Friday hours are available!At Saxon Auto Group we strive to make every customer a customer for life.
