- Develop and implement successful sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Manage all aspects of roofing projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring that work is done on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of projects and the achievement of company objectives.
- Provide expert knowledge and advice on all types of roofing, including flat, slope, shingles, and modified TPO.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our company remains at the forefront of the construction industry.
- Participate in meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives set by management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in Sales, Commercial Roofing Construction, and Project Management.
- Extensive knowledge of different types of roofing, including flat, slope, shingles, and modified TPO.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive business growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
