They will learn RDO Equipment Co. processes and procedures used throughout the organization including an understanding of the Parts, Service, Sales, and Management departments. The Access Your Future Sales Intern will serve as a part-time position, typically before the start of a student’s senior year in college. Build sales skills: Learn relationship development, product knowledge, inventory management, and how to navigate company systems and processes. Engage and grow: Participate in customer interactions, team meetings, and company-sponsored training while representing RDO professionally. Represent RDO with pride: Maintain a professional image, following safety protocols, and supporting a positive team environment. Self-starter mindset: Take initiative and show a strong desire to learn and contribute. Customer-first attitude: Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to world-class service.
