Conduct both routine and intricate laboratory testscovering essential areas such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondaccording to strict protocols.

Ensure the integrity of test results through diligent analysis, quick troubleshooting of errors, and consistent maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Support sample collection procedures and prepare specimens for analysis as necessary.

Document all laboratory activities meticulously, guide new staff or interns, and uphold stringent quality standards in the lab.

Foster a safe working environment while strictly adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

A Bachelor's Degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health education along with preparedness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.

Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Able to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving capability in high-pressure scenarios.
