Description This contract, on-site position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our healthcare staffing solutions while serving patients in need of exceptional obstetric and gynecological care. In this role, you will work closely with a variety of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality medical care, ensure patient safety, and support women's health initiatives. Your expertise will help address staffing needs in a fast-paced environment, making a significant impact on both the facility and the community. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients Conduct thorough examinations and assessments Develop and implement treatment plans for various conditions Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records Participate in patient education and counseling Respond to medical emergencies as needed Stay current with best practices and medical advancements in Ob/Gyn Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree Active medical license in the state of Ohio 1-3 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting Schedule: 12-hour call shifts Level II Nursery, ~5 admissions per day Annual Volume: 1,800+ births 30 beds Cases: 70% low-risk OB, 10% high-risk OB Delivery: 25% c-sections, 75% vaginal Support Staff: Midwives, OB/GYN, APPs, full L&D staff EMR: Epic Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses #J-18808-Ljbffr 77 consultants
