Huntington National Bank is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to colleagues. This role requires at least a year of IT support experience and an Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience). Key responsibilities include responding to customer queries, maintaining documentation, and improving service quality. The workplace offers a mix of in-office and remote work.
