Starting wage of $19.48/hour, upwards to $33/hour based on experience
ONLY 3 OPENINGS DUE TO LOW TURNOVER
Summary
Perform short production runs from start to finish , operate manual machines, read blueprints and help keep production running safely and efficiently.
Job Duties
- Complete short production runs from beginning to end , including setup, operation and completion of parts.
- Read and understand blueprints and technical drawings .
- Operate manual machines to produce simple, quality parts.
- Look for ways to improve processes and reduce setup and cycle times .
- Deburr and complete parts when production time permits.
- Perform daily 5S activities to keep the work area clean, safe and organized.
- Follow production schedules and complete work on time.
- Meet established productivity, utilization, quality, scrap and rework goals .
- Follow safety and quality procedures.
- Perform other duties within your skill set as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
