Overview Your role as a Concierge will involve providing personalized and exceptional services to guests, including assisting with check‑ins and check‑outs, making reservations, arranging transportation, and ensuring that guest needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will also provide information about local attractions, events, and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area. Responsibilities Assist guests with check‑ins and check‑outs. Make reservations and arrange transportation. Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, shopping centers, and events. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area. Multitask and prioritize tasks while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong knowledge of the surrounding area. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Previous hospitality or similar experience preferred (not required). Compensation & Benefits This full‑time position offers a salary of $1,200 per month and opportunities for growth within the company.
