We are seeking a skilled, motivated Welder to join our fabrication team. You’ll work on both in-house builds and field service projects, using your technical skill and problem-solving ability to produce top-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other specialty metals Fabricate and repair parts and structures based on technical drawings and specs Execute field repairs at customer sites in coordination with machinists and engineers Ensure welds meet or exceed quality and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious workspace Participate in ongoing learning and cross-functional collaboration What We’re Looking For: You’re more than a welder—you’re a craftsman, problem-solver, and team contributor.
