Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Provide overall support to attorneys' business needs for Probate, Trust, Wills, Estate and general corporate/business law. This full-time Legal Assistant/Paralegal role is an on-site position located in Tulsa, OK. The role involves supporting attorneys with legal document preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing pleadings, correspondence, and contracts. Daily responsibilities include managing case files, maintaining calendars and deadlines. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law and prior experience working as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, editing, and formatting legal documents. Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with attorneys, clients, and court personnel. Experience with Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, file management, and database or case management software. High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
