Responsibilities
- Assist with legal and risk management administrative tasks to support the legal team and risk assessments.
- Maintain and organize legal documentation, records, and files in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for legal and risk-related projects.
- Help prepare reports and presentations related to legal compliance and risk mitigation.
- Support the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and communications related to legal and risk concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in legal or risk management environments.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
