Responsibilities

Assist with legal and risk management administrative tasks to support the legal team and risk assessments.
Maintain and organize legal documentation, records, and files in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for legal and risk-related projects.
Help prepare reports and presentations related to legal compliance and risk mitigation.
Support the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and communications related to legal and risk concerns.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Previous administrative experience, preferably in legal or risk management environments.
Strong organizational and document management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
