As a Employee Dining Room Cook, you will showcase your culinary skills and creativity while playing a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience with your delicious creations and welcoming service. The starting rate: $22.05 per hour The day-to-day:
- Maintain knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques.
- Identify and safely use kitchen equipment.
- Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service.
- Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.
- Demonstrate attention to detail with plate presentation and maintain solid menu knowledge.
- Assist kitchen leadership and staff in executing service.
- Prepare base sauces, stocks, and soups.
- Collaborate as a team and assist with guest needs and inquiries.
The ideal candidate:
- 1+ years of prior experience as a Cook is preferred
- 2+ years of prior experience in a similar setting is preferred
