Responsibilities:

- Prescribe/order Advanced Pain Management procedures
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as medical imaging and laboratory tests
- Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs
- Perform procedures such as venipuncture, wound care, and suture removal
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and treatment options
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (wClincalWorks)
- Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols

Qualifications:
Responsibilities: NP or PA Physician Assistant - Interventional Pain Management

· Perform medical procedures as necessary

· Prescribe medications and treatments

· Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations

· Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals

· Maintain patient medical records as the Mid-Level Provider

· Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities

Qualifications: Mid-Level Provider

· Previous experience as a PA or NP with active Texas License

· Advanced knowledge of treatment and drug interactions

· Ability to build rapport with patients

· Strong attention to detail

· Strong leadership qualities

· Strong EHR/EMR and clinical work flow knowledge

· Current Texas license & DEA

· National Board Certification

· Understanding of Pain Medications

· Understanding of Interventional procedures, a plus

· Must pass background and drug screening
