Infrastructure & Systems Operations Specialist Overview Basketball Legends is more than just a basketball game, it’s a global platform where millions of players compete in real time. To keep this ecosystem fast, stable, and secure, we are expanding our technical operations team. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of on-premise and cloud-based servers running Basketball Legends services. Design and maintain scalable cloud architectures to handle peak player traffic. Track system health, detect bottlenecks, and improve uptime across all live services. Build and manage automated workflows for backups, updates, and system recovery. Support development teams by maintaining test servers and deployment environments. Investigate and resolve performance issues related to networking, storage, and system resources. Strengthen security policies to protect user data and internal infrastructure. Prepare technical reports and maintain clear operational documentation. Qualifications A degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical discipline. Proven experience (minimum 3 years) managing production server environments. Hands‑on knowledge of Linux and Windows administration. Experience working with cloud platforms and virtual machine technologies.
