Conference Coordinator

Qualifications: Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior ministry engagement or church staff experience a plus. Previous experience in event coordination, conference support or administrative roles highly valued. Hands‑on conference or large‑event production experience is beneficial. Work Environment/Physical Demands: This position is based in a professional office environment and regularly uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. Travel between church campuses and off‑site event locations is required to support conferences. While most duties are sedentary, the role regularly involves lifting supplies, moving equipment and standing for extended periods during events. This role is primarily sedentary, but does require regular physical activity, including lifting and carrying supplies, materials and boxes (up to 50 lbs.), opening filing cabinets and frequent bending, standing or moving equipment as needed to support events.
