Job Description ENT opening - Cooperstown, NY H1b Eligible Position Details: Full-time, permanent Hospital employed Instant Referral Base provided by over 100 Primary Care Clinicians Procedures include breast & reconstructive surgery, flaps, complex wound care, complex hernia repairs, facial trauma reconstruction, hand surgery, cosmetic surgery, micro surgery, peripheral nerve surgery, and more Full Support Staff including APC's with Surgical Residents and Medical Student Interaction Call Responsibility limited to Primary Hospital Opportunity to teach Some travel to outreach sites Full-spectrum case mix and diverse patient population EMR-EPIC Salary Range: $432,807-$645,439. This compensation range represents good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standard Health system offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
