Position Summary The Sales Manager will serve as the primary trainer and mentor for the sales department, responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team. This role includes managing performance against clearly defined KPIs, utilizing CRM tools to track results, and conducting ride‑alongs as needed to provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Why Apply Base Salary: Up to $100,000 + (Commensurate with experience).
