Marksman Security Corporation is hiring immediately for a Part Time Security Officer at the Toyota Manufacturing Plant! $17.50 p/hr Part Time Hours - Must Be FULLY Flexible and able to work any hours NO EXCEPTIONS This is a Part Time position. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Hiring for multiple sites — full-time, part-time, and all shifts. There is the ability to obtain up to 30 hous per week. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security or customer service fields. What You'll Do Rover — Vehicle/foot patrols; deter theft, vandalism, and suspicious activity Gatehouse — Access control; greet and ID residents/guests, log vehicles, announce visitors Front Desk — Customer service, access control, CCTV monitoring, package distribution, visitor announcements What This Role Is This is a professional, high-accountability environment — not a sit-and-scroll post. Responsibilities: Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents) Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed Other duties to be determined by management Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age or older High school degree or equivalent Professional demeanor and appearance Basic computer skills Must be able tomultitask and prioritize assigned tasks Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Minimum of one year of customer service experience Minimum of one year of security experience Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug) This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running,sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time If you want a team that invests in you, show us you're ready to invest in it.
