Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - 3:00pm-11:00pm and 11:00pm-7:00am - New Rates!

Job Summary:

Haven Place, a premier residential, long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients and residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to patients and residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication administration, and vital sign monitoring

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Perform various tasks, such as transferring patients, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!)

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
