CLA is currently seeking a Regional Director to join our East Region in our Wealth Advisory Practice in either our Orlando, Tampa or Charlotte locations. Reviewing Advisor books of businesses for Quality and resource management Recommend advisor compensation given their results and quality elements Expanding capacity through strategic hiring and talent development Building a performance culture rooted in accountability Be the Voice and Vision of Your Region You'll serve as the bridge between local market insights and national Wealth strategy-ensuring regional execution is aligned, consistent, and futureforward. Operational & Regulatory Rigor Strengthen the operational foundation needed for scalable growth. Ensure flawless adherence to fiduciary, regulatory, and risk standards. What You Bring 10 years of relevant financial services or wealth advisory experience required Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and supervising financial professionals with AUM accountability Strong background in financial planning, investment management, and client advisory. Bachelor's degree required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 24, and 65 licenses required (or equivalent registrations) - Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred What CLA Offers A national platform with local autonomy. Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
