Arizona Licensed Crisis Counselor

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Arizona Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with individuals experiencing emotional distress, conduct risk assessments, and deliver crisis intervention services in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals seeking guidance or experiencing distress Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns while providing resources, coping strategies, and safety planning Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services Ability to work regular schedules that include weekends and holidays Strong multitasking skills while navigating multiple software systems Emotional resilience and exceptional communication skills
