Surya Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing Hospitality team.

In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for our hospitality and contract customers, helping manage orders, quotes, questions, and projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with customers, sales representatives, and multiple internal departments to solve problems and ensure a seamless customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and being part of a team. You'll also develop valuable knowledge of the design, furniture, and hospitality industries while becoming an expert on our products and processes.

Primary responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Hospitality and Contract customers and field sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders, quotes, and customer requests accurately.
• Review purchase orders and identify potential issues before orders are placed.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, operations, and other internal teams to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Assist customers with quotes, client portals, forms, product information, images, and tear sheets.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
• Develop strong knowledge of Surya Inc.'s brands, products, and processes.
• Manage multiple customer requests and projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of customer service, order management, sales support, or related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Comfortable working independently while being a strong team player.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with order entry, CRM, or ticketing systems is a plus.
