Job Summary
We are seeking a Dough Maker to join our team at our high-volume pizzeria. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, weighing, and rolling pizza dough for daily service. You will help ensure consistency, quality, and proper dough management for a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and mix pizza dough according to company standards
• Cut, weigh, and roll dough into consistent portions
• Tray and properly store dough for service and fermentation
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory and dough production planning
• Support kitchen team as needed during busy periods

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred (pizza experience a plus)
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
