Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities Manage and maintain property, including customer service and property maintenance tasks. Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions. Interact face‑to‑face with customers, deliver excellent service, and build rapport. Meet monthly sales goals and metrics. Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers. Rent self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage leasing process, accept payments via POS, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments. Manage invoice review and approval within the database. Process invoices, manage reports, and handle the legal process of auctions. Oversee the store’s expense budget while maintaining supplies and retail inventory. Perform physical tasks such as daily walks, cleaning units, opening/closing doors (up to 50 lbs), mopping, sweeping, changing bulbs, cleaning restrooms, landscaping, parking, and maintaining fences, walls, and doors. Ensure the facility meets company guidelines. Qualifications Positive and outgoing personality with passion for helping people. Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse market. Basic computer skills. Ability to work Saturdays. Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for the workday. Ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder as required.
