Graduate Enrollment Coordinator The Graduate Enrollment Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Director of Graduate Enrollment Management in support of graduate recruitment, admissions processing, onboarding, and graduate student engagement activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective and admitted graduate students, ensuring a responsive, professional, and student‑centered experience throughout the enrollment process. Job Summary Monitors applications, serves as the front‑line customer service contact, supports graduate recruitment efforts, collaborates on onboarding, and provides event support for key Office of Academic Affairs events. Key Responsibilities Application Processing: Monitors applications to identify missing materials, follows up with applicants, processes completed applications accurately and in a timely manner, schedules doctoral interviews, and maintains accurate admissions records. Front‑line Customer Service: Serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students by phone, email, and other communication channels; provides timely, courteous, and accurate information; escalates complex issues. Recruitment Support: Supports graduate recruitment through in‑person and virtual engagement activities; assists with planning, coordination, and follow‑up for recruitment events, information sessions, and outreach activities; tracks recruitment activity and prospect engagement. Onboarding Support: Collaborates with graduate advisors and the Clinical Education team to support admitted student onboarding; assists with orientation planning, new student checklists, and communications; follows up on onboarding requirements. Event Support: Provides administrative and logistical support for key Office of Academic Affairs events, including Stethoscope, White Coat, and Convocation ceremonies; assists with event preparation and day‑of coordination. Performs other related duties as assigned in support of graduate enrollment operations and student success. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum of 2 years of related experience (can be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience). Preferred Qualifications Background in graduate admissions, higher education, or enrollment management. Working knowledge of Slate or comparable CRM/admissions systems. Demonstrated ability to coordinate recruitment events, onboarding activities, and student communications. Understanding of academic program processes and student services operations. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Attention to detail. Skilled in customer service, professional communication, confidentiality, and discretion. Ability to collaborate across departments. Ability to manage multiple priorities, problem‑solve, follow through, and adapt in a deadline‑driven environment.
