What You'll Do:
- Advise executives and businesses on employment law compliance
- Negotiate executive exits and severance packages
- Draft employment agreements and HR policies
- Respond to demand letters and manage mediation prep
- Shape legal strategies for sensitive, high-stakes employment matters
- Choose your lane: client-facing or compliance/support-focused

- At least 3 years of employment law experience

- California Bar membership
