Mission Recruiting is representing a confidential opportunity with a sophisticated employment boutique in Los Angeles seeking a senior Employment Defense Attorney for its El Segundo office. This role offers a blend of day-to-day counseling and active litigation on behalf of employer clients that expect thoughtful strategy, responsiveness, and high-level legal service. The practice is positioned as a refined alternative to Big Law, with in-office attendance strongly preferred and hybrid flexibility considered after an initial period.
• Base salary of $250,000 to $350,000+ (DOE) + benefits & bonus opportunities
• Premium-rate clientele with sophisticated employment matters
• Wage and hour, PAGA, class action, and counseling exposure
