Mission Recruiting is partnering with a selective plaintiff-side employment practice seeking an associate ready to take ownership of meaningful cases in a collaborative, in-office Los Angeles environment.
This is not a volume-driven shop. You will manage a focused caseload, allowing you to engage deeply in strategy, advocacy, and client interaction. From day one, you will handle substantive litigation work including motions, discovery, depositions, and court appearances, with direct access to experienced leadership.
The platform is built for attorneys who want to sharpen their litigation skills, develop independence, and contribute to high-value results without the burden of billable hour pressure.
