Client Services Specialist

Client Service Specialists provide support for field‑based Sales Consultants, managing test release, coordinating between physicians, nurse navigators, site personnel, and the lab, and resolving onboarding roadblocks to deliver timely, professional service to patients, partners, and the field team. Job Location & Schedule Monday through Friday, 8 hours. Start times range from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM MST based on assigned U.S. territory. What You’ll Do Understand and apply established policies and procedures. Drive test resolution by gathering missing information. Foster positive collaboration between Sales Consultants and Client Services. Act as liaison between the internal sales team, physicians, nurse coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure information flow and results within protocol. Assist sites with initial portal access and technical support. Support onboarding efforts by helping Sales Consultants overcome field challenges. Provide professional and positive support to internal and external clients throughout test management. Impact revenue by obtaining missing insurance information and medical records. Develop and distribute standardized and ad‑hoc reporting to Sales Consultants. Contribute to training of Client Service Specialist peers at levels I, II, or III. Maintain current status on training requirements. Seek learning opportunities internally and externally to expand support quality. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring High School diploma or GED (undergraduate degree preferred). 1–3 years of related job experience (preferred). Prior experience supporting a field‑based sales team. Experience in the medical field, including front or back office, practice management, or physician support staff. Expert knowledge of HIPAA and other PHI‑release laws. Strong communication skills across all organizational levels. Proven experience developing, fostering, and leveraging customer relationships. Ability to manage shifting priorities and requests from multiple sources. Expertise in balancing client requests with procedural boundaries. Coordination with internal departments and Sales Leadership as needed. Strict adherence to SOPs within the Quality Management System. Ability to handle stressful and difficult situations tactfully. Adaptability to emerging situations with a sense of urgency. Organized with strong attention to detail. Interview Process Virtual Recruiter Screen – conversation to discuss background, motivations, and career goals. Hiring Manager Interview – deeper discussion of experience, skills, and approach. Final On‑Site Interview – tour corporate headquarters, interviews with team members, and role‑playing scenarios typical for a Client Services Specialist.
