Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP and school certification (if required)
• Experience working in school settings with children and adolescents preferred

• Ability to design and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
• Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads across elementary, middle, or high school

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language challenges
• Develop and implement intervention strategies for students with diverse speech/language needs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Serve as a collaborative team member when developing and updating IEPs
• Consult and coordinate with teachers, parents, and educational professionals
• Support a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students
