This role operates entirely remotely, allowing you to provide care in a flexible setting while utilizing telehealth technology. Our office hours extend from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing a wide range of scheduling options to accommodate both client's needs and your personal lifestyle. We leverage a range of digital tools to enable effective communication and record-keeping, ensuring that you can focus on delivering high-quality care to your clients from the comfort of your chosen workspace.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, adapting techniques as necessary to meet diverse client needs.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients, contributing insights and strategies during case discussions.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, with additional bonus opportunities.
