Job Summary Air Systems is seeking a highly motivated MEP Project Manager to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple HVAC MEP projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines. Oversee cost estimates, procurement, and project scheduling. Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages accountability and excellence. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Take proactive steps to mitigate risks and maintain smooth operations. Ensure all project documentation, including plans, contracts, and reports, is accurate and up-to-date. Ensure that all projects are executed in compliance with safety standards and company policies. Uphold the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC/MEP industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project). Familiarity with project management software is a plus. Strong communicator, organized, and a problem-solver. Proven leadership experience, with a collaborative approach that drives results. Strong interpersonal and client relations skills with a proactive approach to customer service.
