Olshan Foundation Repair is currently seeking a Construction Crew Leader to join our team! You will be leading a construction crew of 4-6 employees.
Olshan Foundation Repair has been around since 1933! We are the premier Foundation Repair experts and enjoy helping families with their home foundation repair needs. We have a culture based on dedication, family, integrity, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:
- Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety
- Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance with company and industry standards
- Jobsite management: examine, and inspect job progress
- Safely operate company equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction
- Previous foundation repair experience a Plus
- Customer Service
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend and stoop
- Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground
- Must be 21+
- Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
