Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and compassionate full-time caregiver to work with a 30-year-old adult male with Autism. The ideal candidate is outgoing, creative, and enjoys engaging in fun, meaningful activities. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

 

Responsibilities 

• Engage in activities such as games, movies, arts & crafts
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Create and participate in creative, enriching experiences
• Encourage social interaction and positive engagement
• Provide companionship
• Assist with errands and shopping
• Provide companionship and daily support

Qualifications

• Must love working with autistic adults
• Clean background record
• Outgoing, patient, and creative personality
• Dependable and punctual
• Excellent communication 
• Reliable transportation (MUST HAVE CAR/CAR REQUIRED FOR POSITION)
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical

Schedule:
Sunday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Forest Hills, Queens)
Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Great Neck)
(Some flexibility available)

Compensation:
$25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
