The Impact You'll Make

As our Retail & Property Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind both the customer experience and the operational excellence of our property. You’ll oversee day-to-day retail operations, manage tenant relationships, and ensure our property is maintained to the highest standards. Your leadership will directly influence sales performance, tenant satisfaction, and the overall atmosphere of our space.

What You'll Do

• Inspect all properties with an eye for detail at least once a week.                                                               
• Lead daily retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth store performance.
• Manage property maintenance schedules, vendor contracts, and facility upgrades to keep the space safe, attractive, and efficient.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns promptly and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Analyze sales data, foot traffic, and occupancy rates to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Oversee leasing activities, from marketing available spaces to negotiating lease agreements.
• Coordinate seasonal promotions, community events, and in-store experiences to drive engagement and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, property codes, and company policies.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in retail management, property management, or a combined role.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and lease agreements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a knack for creating memorable experiences.
• Proficiency in property management software and retail POS systems.
