Job Title
Pay Range: $57.00hr - $62.00hr
Requirement/Must Have
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development using.NET Framework and.NET Core/.NET.
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Application Development.
- 8+ years of experience with ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET.
- 8+ years of experience in Web API Development.
- 8+ years of experience in Software Architecture & Design Patterns.
- 8+ years of experience with SQL Server or Sybase.
- 5+ years of experience in CI/CD Pipeline Implementation.
- 5+ years of experience with Git Version Control.
- 5+ years of experience with MongoDB.
- 5+ years of experience with Elasticsearch / Kibana.
- 5+ years of experience with Redis.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Leadership & Team Mentoring.
- 3+ years of experience in Secure Coding Practices.
- 2+ years of experience with AI-Assisted Development Tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or Sybase.
- Proficiency in Git and modern source control practices.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using.NET technologies.
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
- Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD and DevOps.
- Participate in solution design, estimation, and technical decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI-driven development tools to enhance productivity.
