Responsibilities Fabricate or install bathtubs using fiberglass, gel coat, enameled steel, and acrylic. Repair damages to tubs that occur during or after installation. Operate HLVP or commercial paint sprayers as required. Requirements Experience working with an HLVP or commercial paint sprayer. Hands‑on experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related hobby. Experience in facilities maintenance is helpful. Understanding of color matching (preferred; color blindness disqualifies). Willingness to commit to at least a 2‑year training process. Additional Desired Qualities Attention to detail. Commitment to meet project timelines. Customer service experience. Excellent work ethic.
