About the Opportunity
Our client is an innovative, AI-powered SaaS company dedicated to empowering middle managers to become exceptional leaders. They build tools that improve team culture, performance, and leadership outcomes. They are looking for entrepreneurial Account Executives to help drive growth and expand their impact.
Responsibilities
- Prospect strategic accounts and manage deals from the initial call through to close
- Conduct product demonstrations with C-suite decision makers, both virtually and in-person
- Use sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect effectively
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Contribute to the development and execution of the sales strategy
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a startup environment (Series A/B stage)
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing the full sales cycle (SDR to AE progression is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willingness to travel 2-3 times per month for in-person client meetings
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
